A seventy-four-year old male presented with gradual, painless, progressive blurring of vision in his right eye for the past one month. Old records brought by the patient showed that he was diagnosed as retrobulbar neuritis in his right eye and had received steroid therapy. But his vision did not improve. Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) of his brain revealed a probable glioblastoma multiforme. This case highlights a rare mimic of retrobulbar neuritis.

Keywords: Intracranial, tumor, blindness.
